All boats are different - what can yours do to help in post-disaster relief?

T2 is International Rescue Group's flagship, under construction and due to launch in April 2012. T2 is designed to carry enough staples, water and medical supplies to support a coastal town of 1,000 people. She will carry her official IRG Captain, all other crew will be volunteers including first officer, sparks and first aid officer, who will all enjoy accommodation.

T2 is being fitted out for mission readiness in Alameda, California, and after sea trials in May 2012 will set sail for Mexico, on alert for any rescue and aid operations on the Pacific coast. Her normal port will be in Thailand, ready to operate in the Asia-Pacific region, with an immediate range of 2,000 miles over a cruising time of two weeks.
