I just signed up to be an IRG Captain and I wanted to introduce myself. My girlfriend Wendy and I bought a Hudson 50, named Moonshadow, about a year ago and we are busy fixing fixing her up with a plan to do some long distance sailing when we retire in a few years.
Ray has been talking to us about thje IRG organization for some time now and we decided to sign on to be a part of this worthwhile organization. Initially we will try to help with the building and launch of T2, the IRG Flagship but in the future we would like to be able to provide practical assistance to others in our travels. The IRG is a great way to coordinate the efforts of all of us who love the sea and want to use our boats and our skills to leave the world a little bit better than we found it. I look forward to hearing from anyone who is out there cruising and wants to be a part of this great organization.
