Thunderbird 3 - Mission Status

This nice Herreshof designed boat is IRG's "work boat" in the Alameda Estuary at Oakland Marina, looked after by Almar Marina's employee Stuart Thompson at dock.

Donated by kind contributor James Jensen, this Bristol 30 will be refitted and will be used as a service vessel for IRG activities in the Bay area.

Captain Matt Murfin now in charge of Thunderbird 3.

Towing Thunderbird 3 to her berth on Alameda Point. Now need a volunteer crew. Anyone interested? We expect her first posting will be Mexico to Panama in the North America Pacific station for the next 2 years.
