Dave and Rebecca,

First, welcome to the fold! I thoroughly enjoyed talking with you and listening to your ideas when you visited us in Coconut Grove.

Thank you for making a donation and sourcing out possible medical supply donors. Every bit helps! Our ultimate goal is to not have to rely on individuals, but to foster relationships with corporations, businesses and foundations to secure sponsorships that will keep our organization and vital mission going. In the meantime, donations by individuals, such as yourselves, are humbly and gratefully accepted.

My life experience is that of a techie boat captain that likes to wrench on equipment. With that being said, the skills needed for seeking sponsors is an entirely new environment for me. I am trying; Friday night I have a presentation at my yacht club in Nevada. I am not a public speaker and this will be my first go at it. Wish me luck!

As for what you can do to help the organization, you're doing it already merely by being an active participant. However, if you were able to speak to others about us via social media, handing out brochures or even chit-chatting with folks while playing golf, that helps a lot too. I think having folks aware we exist is an important goal. Ray will have more specific ideas and, possibly, tasks for you to do. I'll have him get in touch with you.
